You agree not to use SHRTLY to create or distribute links that lead to malware, phishing, scams, illegal content, harassment, spam, content that infringes intellectual property, or any content that violates third-party rights. We may remove links that breach these rules without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use SHRTLY. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. The service

SHRTLY lets you shorten long URLs into shorter links and optionally choose a custom slug. The service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use, subject to fair use and rate limits.

4. No warranty

SHRTLY is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free,
• any link will remain accessible forever,
• the destination URL will continue to exist or be safe.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHRTLY and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service or the content behind any link. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Suspension and removal

We may suspend, remove, or rate-limit any link or user that, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or harms the service or its users. We may also cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest change. Continued use of SHRTLY after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
